Duties and Responsibilities
* The Sales Manager will play a key role in promoting our products and services, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role combines both sales and marketing responsibilities, requiring a dynamic individual who is both strategic and hands-on. The ideal candidate will have experience (FMCG Industry, Travel Retail Sector of Fashion Design products, Retail Store Travel Bags, Electronics and home appliances, Kids Fashion Branded Product selling in UK & European Market).
* in both fields, with the ability to effectively manage marketing campaigns and execute sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
* Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients. Listing of key accounts and Business development.
* 70 percentage of work schedule will be required to travel all-over the UK Region and outside if required
* Marketing Strategy: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term business success and customer satisfaction.
* Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and new opportunities to enhance marketing efforts.
* Sales Presentations and Negotiation: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and handle negotiations to close sales.
* Campaign Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
* Event Planning and Promotion: Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and product launches to promote the company and its offerings.
Qualification & Skills Required
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development, or a similar role in relevant industry (FMCG Industry, Travel Retail Sector of Fashion Design products, Retail Store Travel Bags, Electronics and home appliances, Kids Fashion Branded Product selling in UK & European Market).
* Must Have UK Full Driving License
* Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to create compelling marketing content and presentations.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
