Description
* Develop and implement learning strategies and programs
* Evaluate the success of development plans and implement necessary changes
* Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
* Collaborate with managers to identify company training needs
* Implement training KPIs
* Prepare and present reports on training activities
* Coordinate and manage the logistics of learning programs
Profile
A successful Learning & Development Specialist should have:
1. Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resources or related field, currently works in an L&D function or has worked for a training services provider.
2. Solid knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
3. Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
4. Strong communication and project management skills
5. Ability to handle the Learning & Development cycle
