Our client is looking for an experienced Service Manager to oversee/manage the service department, plan and implement improvements, manage staff, and handle customer complaints for this independent specialist workshop.
You must have:
* Previous service manager experience in franchise dealership is preferred.
* Strong Leadership.
* Front of house experience.
* Great customer service.
* Monitoring cost.
* Be IT literate.
* Monitor quality control.
* Must be able to train and coach staff.
* Assist with workshop job allocation.
An understanding of parts and multi-franchised experience is preferred.
