Registered Manager for Learning Disabilities & Autism - Lincolnshire

Join a trusted provider of learning disability care packages as a Registered Manager! This field-based role covers their Lincolnshire catchment area where the company has secured further packages during an exciting growth phase.
The successful Registered Manager will need to have a genuine passion for delivering high standards of care and be committed to really making a difference to the lives of the people they support. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a varied role which involves direct communication with patients, relatives, ICBs, and wider care teams.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Hold or be willing to work towards an NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care or a related topic.
2. Have a proven track record in managing and coordinating care for clients in a community setting.
3. Experience in developing and implementing care plans.
4. Sound knowledge of the CQC framework and willingness to be a CQC Registered Manager.
5. Possess a supportive management style that can bring out the best in others.
6. Have a full UK driving licence for client visits.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Thorough assessments and implementing personalised care plans.
2. Inducting support workers and supervising your team members.
3. Conducting spot checks and risk management.
4. Supporting team members with internal and external inspections as required by the CQC.
5. Attending meetings with ICBs and clients.
6. Providing regular reports and updates.
