Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires proficiency in various software applications and excellent time management skills to effectively support our sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
2. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant documentation.
3. Assist in the preparation of sales reports using Sage.
4. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
5. Utilise Sage software for managing sales data and customer information.
6. Handle incoming inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Organise and maintain files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy access to information.
8. Collaborate with other departments as needed to support overall business objectives.
9. Provide artwork for customers to approve using Corel Draw.
Skills
1. Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Familiarity with Sage software is advantageous but not essential.
4. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative when required.
8. Competence in using Outlook for scheduling and correspondence.
