Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting a new role of Finance Analyst to join a rapidly expanding European infrastructure business in Northwest Leeds. Reporting into the Head Analyst, key duties of the Financial Analyst will include: Reviewing and consolidating of monthly reporting such as: Management accounts Forecasts Secured Income Utilisation Debtor days Internal global revenue by sector External global revenue by sector Internal Key Client and Major Program reporting Assisting with the preparation of financial packs for several global Board meetings and Committees Reviewing, analysing and challenging submissions from Regional Finance teams to ensure reporting is accurate and timely Collaborating with Regional Finance Directors to build a global consolidated budget Consolidation and review of quarterly Work-in-Progress Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, including Executive Board members Always working in accordance with our behavioural values Other ad-hoc reporting and analysis tasks will form a significant part of this role. To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with the following: Studying towards professional accountancy qualifications Strong Excel skills are essential to this role Experience within an international organisation is desirable Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail Ability to analyse and trend information - not to simply input data into a spreadsheet Confident individual with good interpersonal skills, capable of demonstrating an ability to communicate, present to and challenge effectively with senior stakeholders Ability to work to set deadlines delivering consistent and accurate information Must be comfortable with working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment Good organisational skills, used to managing and prioritising workload In return, the successful candidate will receive the following: £35,000 - £40,000 Study support 25 days holidays Hybrid working environment Longer term career opportunities Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
