As a Senior Analyst, you will primarily act as a liaison between the client and development team to execute data-driven requirements that drive marketing effectiveness. You would be responsible for requirement gathering, project scoping, and closely working with all teams to develop and execute user stories in an Agile framework. In a secondary role, you will be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of the marketing channel by analyzing data and helping the marketers make data-driven decisions. Work you will do This role will interface with a variety of teams within the Client and Marketing Organization group and the firm. This individual will be expected to demonstrate strong project & and stakeholder management skills, a basic understanding of data warehouse and data visualization, and business acumen to build and implement solutions that affect real change and add tangible functional value to our end users. The professional would also be responsible for mining and analysis of marketing performance data, creating advanced queries and reports, and working closely with the other teams in support of CMG-wide marketing programs. This individual will be expected to demonstrate both technical and business acumen to build and implement solutions that affect real change and add tangible functional value to our end users. Key responsibilities: Easily communicate and interview clients to gather their requirements and translate them into user stories for technical teams and drive them toward implementation. Maintain project trackers (tasks, ownership, deliverables, and next steps) to ensure projects/user stories are delivered as per schedule. Effectively present and storyboard senior-level presentations, collaborate in a matrixed organization, prioritize projects, and build rapport with clients using persuasive skills to promote and defend design concepts. Gather data from multiple sources, including online and offline channels (e.g., website, social media, email, in-store, mobile apps), ensuring accuracy and consistency through data integration from various platforms and tools. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to uncover insights that can drive actions and measurable outcomes to measure the success of the marketing campaign. Skills and Abilities: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management and has strong understanding of Agile methodology. Hands-on experience in analyzing marketing channel performance and providing insights to enhance marketing channel effectiveness to generate maximum campaign ROI and support lead-generation activities. Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, and advanced-level knowledge of digital marketing concepts and measurement tools and techniques. Understands and have working experience in data warehouse management, data architecture, and development of business intelligence applications and reporting.
