As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in assessing and optimizing Deloitte's omnichannel marketing and customer engagement strategies. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data from various channels to provide valuable insights and recommendations for improving the omnichannel efforts. Work you will do This role will interface with a variety of teams within the Client and Marketing Organization group and the firm. The individual must be creative and forward-thinking and must have the ability to uncover answers to burning questions through the analysis of marketing campaigns and contact engagement data. The professional has to analyze client and market data and provide impactful insights that will help drive marketing effectiveness. The professional would be responsible for data mining and statistical analysis including analyzing marketing performance data, creating advanced queries and reports, and working closely with the other teams in support of CMG-wide marketing programs. This individual will be expected to demonstrate both technical and business acumen to build and implement solutions that affect real change and add tangible functional value to our end users. Gather data from multiple sources, including online and offline channels (e.g., website, social media, email, in-store, mobile apps), ensuring accuracy and consistency through data integration from various platforms and tools. Analyze data to uncover insights that drive actions and measurable outcomes for omnichannel campaign strategies. Utilize different systems and techniques for this purpose. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring the success of omnichannel strategies and develop clear, user-friendly dashboards and reports for effective data visualization. Understand customer journeys, track and analyze touchpoints, trends, and improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations to enhance the seamless customer experience across all channels. Continuously monitor and analyze segment performance, leverage data to segment the target audience effectively, and tailor campaigns to different customer segments. Translate technical project details into understandable language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring timely report delivery. Maintain project trackers for tasks, ownership, deliverables, and next steps. Effectively present and storyboard senior-level presentations, collaborate in a matrixed organization, prioritize projects, and build rapport with clients using persuasive skills to promote and defend design concepts. Skills and Abilities: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in analyzing marketing channel performance and providing insights to enhance omnichannel effectiveness to generate maximum campaign ROI and support lead-generation activities. Advanced level knowledge of Eloqua (or similar marketing automation tool), and intermediate level knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Sprinklr. Certifications would be preferred. Knowledge of Customer Journey Orchestration and Adobe Customer Data Platform (CDP) is preferred. Experience in working on the enterprise-scale data warehouse. Hands-on knowledge of SQL, data wrangling, and insight generation with exposure to ETL. Intermediate level in developing reports and dashboards in Business Intelligence technologies (Tableau, Qlik, etc.) Executive presence with the ability to present ideas, make recommendations, provide rationale, Positive attitude and ability to interact/advise senior professionals, and their teams on communications, and marketing strategy, and mitigate conflicts in a mature and professional manner Prior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firm Microsoft Office Skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts Education MBA / master’s degree would be an added advantage Work Timings 2.00 PM to 11 PM Location – Hyderabad Office How You’ll Grow At Deloitte, we’ve invested a great deal to create a rich environment in which our professionals can grow.
