We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Commercial Property team. This is a full-time position that will provide direct administrative support to the fee earners to ensure we are giving our clients, introducers and referrers the best possible service and experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Providing full support to the commercial property fee earners and undertaking administrative tasks relating to commercial property sales and purchases, under supervision.
* Onboarding clients, opening files and closing files where necessary.
* Liaising with existing and prospective clients, answering, and resolving their queries where relevant.
* Providing an excellent level of service to our clients.
* Interacting with solicitors within the firm from time to time, providing clarification on any queries or issues.
* Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as directed by your line manager or Director.
Experience And Skills
* Previous administration experience working in a busy office is preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent communication and telephone manner.
* Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads.
* A flexible approach and can-do attitude.
* Team player.
