Facilities Plumber Shift Manager

Description
As the Plumber Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with all aspects of current regulatory and legislative requirements. You will coordinate routine technical inspections, maintenance, and all aspects of plumbing and wet heating on the resort. Additionally, you will oversee all administrative duties related to your role, as well as control and purchase stock and equipment. As the Shift Manager, you will lead team development, ensuring efficiency and excellence in the work performed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Takes ownership of shift and service delivery to ensure consistent delivery of a quality Butlins experience in line with brand/venue guidelines.
2. Confidently addresses guest concerns and resolves problems.
3. Monitors delivery of service level agreements and proactively arranges appropriate resources/support to ensure the guest experience is not impacted.
4. Demonstrates and role models commitment to delivering a superior guest experience in all activities, covering Facilities Leadership as required.
5. Liaises with external contractors and plans work to minimize impact on team and guests.
6. Responsible for sprinkler checks and servicing of all related equipment.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Essential:
1. Fully qualified Plumber
2. Demonstrable leadership experience in managing a team
Desirable:
1. Good understanding of heating management with a formal qualification
2. A formal H&S qualification
3. Facilities Management qualification (ILM or BIFM)
