Payroll Officer (FTC) Responsibilities
This is a fast-paced role which is responsible for:
* End-to-end payroll for c.500 employees, including complex and varied employee allowances
* Managing and resolving employee payroll queries
* Maintaining float and salary advance information
* Managing the P11D/PSA process
* Reconciling wage accounts
Payroll Officer (FTC) Experience Essentials
The ideal candidate will be accustomed to working in a busy and fast-paced role as well as having:
* 2 years + experience of end-to-end payroll within a large organisation looking after c.500 employees
* Extensive knowledge of the compliance and legislation of payroll
* Proficiency in MS Excel
* Excellent attention to detail
* A great attitude
Payroll Officer (FTC) Location
This position is based in offices in OX10, however there is hybrid working available with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. There is parking available on site.
Important information
This is a full-time FTC until May 2025. Working hours are generally 37.5 per week typically 9am 5pm. They can be flexible on start and finish times. There may be occasional international travel with this role, to their larger events.
