Role Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Leadership
1. Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing expert tax compliance and advisory services
2. Act as a trusted adviser, offering strategic tax planning solutions
3. Provide guidance on transfer pricing, R&D tax relief, group reorganisations, and patent box claims
Team Development & Management
1. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals
2. Support the growth and progression of junior and senior team members
3. Play an active role in recruiting and training within the tax department
Strategic Growth & Collaboration
1. Work closely with other departments to identify tax-saving opportunities and manage client risks
2. Assist with business development efforts, including client pitches and expansion opportunities
3. Help shape and implement the firm’s corporate tax strategy

Candidate Requirements
1. Extensive experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory
2. Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax laws and regulations
3. Expertise in transfer pricing, R&D tax credits, group reorganisations, and patent box claims
4. Excellent relationship management skills, with a focus on client service
5. A strategic and proactive approach to tax planning and problem-solving
6. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to develop and inspire a team
7. CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA qualified
