L&Q are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join the existing well established Electrical Supervisory team within Maintenance Services. As Electrical Supervisor for the North and West patch you will be supervising the day to day within Barnet, Enfield, Haringey Hackney and Islington and Brent, Ealing, Hounslow and Slough. We are looking for someone who is focused on the customer and delivering a right first-time service working to compliance and regulations. We are looking for a candidate that has proven Electrical experience, held, or had experience as a QS within an accredited scheme such as NICEIC, ELECSA, ECA and a good knowledge of working within a varied housing stock. Working in a domestic environment. You will be an experienced electrical tester and have good knowledge and understanding of Inspection, testing and verification of electrical installations & certification. Understand the Electricity at Work Regulations, current edition of BS 7671, and the Codes of Practice and guidance documents relevant to the range of electrical work undertaken. You will have good knowledge and understanding of health, safety & compliance requirements. You will also have a good understanding of national schedule of rates as well as a good understanding of budgets and cost effectiveness. We are looking for someone who is able to lead, manage, motivate and challenge others to deliver against defined objectives in a demanding customer facing environment, including the management of contracts and the relationship with sub-contractors. To be considered for the role, you will have: Core Technical Competence, All electrical Works (Table 4C) • Route 1 - Level 3 Electrotechnical Apprenticeship, or equivalent (Inc. End Point Assessment as required) -or- • Route 2 - Older Qualifications (Inc. End Point Assessment as required) -or- • Route 3 - Experienced Worker (Inc.
