Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Proposals Coordinator works as part of the global Business Acquisition Unit and supports all aspects of responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and creating proposals and pitches, including developing drafts, finalizing the end product, overseeing submission to the client or prospective client, and follow-up to determine the result.
Monitor electronic proposal intake forms and take on or assign projects as appropriate, based on the location or the practice mix of the RFP, proposal, or pitch and the workload of other team members. Draft and coordinate submissions of RFP responses, proposals, and pitches. Work as part of the Business Acquisitions Unit and actively contribute to the creation and management of content that is responsive to lawyer, practice, Firm, and client needs. Adhere to and communicate best practices and conformance with Firm identity standards.
Required Qualifications:
* University-level degree.
* Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a business and/or professional services environment; law firm experience preferred.
* Ability to fluently speak, write and read English and French; must be a native French speaker.
