We are recruiting for a Fire Safety Surveyor on behalf of our client, a dedicated Public Sector Organisation focused on providing safe, high-quality homes for all residents.
This role will report to the Head of Compliance and work closely with the wider Asset Management team. The Project Surveyor will be responsible for managing fire-safety projects, ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations, procuring contractors, and overseeing the delivery of safety-related works across residential properties.

* The Fire Safety Surveyor will report directly to the Head of Compliance, who brings a wealth of experience in fire safety and compliance and will provide mentorship and guidance in your development.
The successful Fire Safety Surveyor will:
* Manage fire safety projects from start to finish, ensuring technical solutions are identified and implemented effectively.
* Take responsibility for identifying fire-related risks and arranging necessary remedial actions to ensure compliance.
* Work closely with colleagues to procure contractors and consultants, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Prepare budgets, timelines, and specifications for fire safety projects.
* Monitor contractors on-site, ensuring all work adheres to statutory requirements and contract specifications.
* Maintain clear communication with internal teams, residents, and contractors to resolve issues quickly and ensure successful project delivery.
In return, the successful individual will receive an attractive compensation package consisting of:
* Basic salary of £55,000
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
