An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Finance team as a Finance Assistant This role is based onsite at our Halifax office. We find that working together in the office increases collaboration and engagement, and also supports your development too What will I be doing? Timely and accurate inputting of purchase invoices and expenses into the Purchase Ledger system (D365) Resolving and clearing invoice and expense queries on a timely basis, liaising with all relevant departments and individuals where required Preparing payment runs for authorisation Proactively managing supplier accounts, reducing overdue payments Inbox management Dealing with supplier queries and working closely with the Senior Finance Assistant What would we like to see in you?
