Are you a Key Account Manager who has experience within power and distribution? If so our client based in the Midlands, a leading manufacturer of Power Transformers are looking to appoint a Key Account Manager to support their growth and manage a number of accounts in the Midlands. It is essentially you come in with transformer experience and a little black book of clients.
Key Account Manager / Power Transformers / Electrical Distribution /
Responsibilities:
Maintain Customer Relationship Management database accurately and in a timely manner and produce a monthly sales report
Promote and develop corporate image and reputation and contribute to overall business development plan
Oversee order progress with project engineers and update clients
Utilise company CRM system to record activities and client information
Promote a positive image of the business
Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and provide the
Managing Director with market activity feedback
Where customers are comfortable, conduct face to face visits, alternatively arrange video calls.
Develop lasting business relationships with new, current and previous clients
Provide a Technical solution to the clients needs (in conjunction with Engineering when needed)
Where required, attend trade exhibitions on behalf of the company
Specification Manager / Power Transformers / Electrical Distribution / KAM
The ideal candidate:
Previous sales experience of High Voltage equipment
Strong technical knowledge supported by Electrical qualifications
Full driving license
Enthusiastic
