About the Role:
Join a reputable regional firm as a Commercial Property Solicitor with a specialisation in agricultural property. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and properties in the scenic Worcestershire region. With a focus on hybrid working, you'll enjoy the perfect balance of office collaboration and remote flexibility.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert legal advice and support in commercial property matters with a specific focus on agricultural property transactions.
2. Manage a varied caseload, including sales, purchases, leases, and agreements relating to agricultural land and buildings.
3. Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
5. Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to deliver comprehensive legal services.
Criteria:
1. Qualified solicitor with 3 years+ PQE specializing in commercial property law, with a focus on agricultural property.
2. Proven track record of handling complex property transactions from inception to completion.
3. Strong understanding of agricultural property law and regulations.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
5. Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
6. Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a hybrid working environment.

You'll have the opportunity to work from home for up to 2 days a week, with the remaining 3 days spent in our Worcestershire office.
