Contract Details: Full Time, 37 hours per week (there may be some flexibility in start/finish times - to be discussed at interview)
Temporary for one year until May 2026 or the end of the maternity period, whichever is sooner.

New Collaborative Learning Trust (NCLT) is looking for a dedicated Recruitment and HR Assistant to join our dynamic HR Team.
In this role, you will play a key part in leading recruitment activities across the Trust, ensuring we attract and recruit high-quality candidates. Your responsibilities will include creating job adverts, job descriptions, and person specifications, as well as collaborating with our advertising partner, HR Representatives and leaders in our schools and colleges.
You will also provide essential administrative support across various HR processes, such as onboarding new starters, maintaining staff records using HR software, maintaining the Single Central Record and being the first point of contact for staff at New College Bradford.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a keen interest in recruitment and HR, and a willingness to learn and grow within the field.
As this post is to work as part of a central team based at Normanton, whilst being the point of contact for New College Bradford, we would be open to applications from candidates interested in working at either site (we would ideally like one day a week to be based at the alternative site, for which your travel costs would be reimbursed).
