Overview:
An opportunity has arisen for Matchday Bar Supervisors to join us on a casual basis. The main purpose of the role is to provide guests with an excellent customer experience serving a variety of drinks in our in-house bars.
Hours of work:
This role is offered on a Casual Worker basis with no guarantee of work.
Shift assignments are fully flexible and may include early starts, late finishes and weekend working
Rates of pay for this role start from £12.09p/h
However to be successful in this role you must have previous Team Leader or supervisory experience.
Job Description
• To manage shifts whilst on duty.
• To ensure complete customer satisfaction on shift.
• To be able to promote products, understand composite and processes, including menu, ingredients, allergens and service style, etc
• To actively work with other departments to ensure that guests have the best experience possible
• To train, develop and coach team members.
• To ensure that all company policy and procedure is followed, including health & safety, hygiene, legislation and employment law.
• To support team members during service including taking serving over the bar, taking orders and table service.
• To deal with any customer feedback or complaints and report any service or quality issues.
Qualifications
Essential
• Excellent product knowledge of food and drink.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Team Player.
• An excellent eye for detail.
• A self-starter with a passion for excellence.
• A confidant, friendly and personable manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Desirable
• Experience of a high volume operation.
• A knowledge of licensing law.
