Job Responsibilities
* Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students
* Develop personalised learning plans based on students' needs
* Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Help students improve their academic performance in various subjects
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in tutoring or teaching
Desired Qualifications
* Solid understanding of educational principles and practices
* Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN)
Job Details
* Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
* Work may involve evenings and weekends
* £20 - £30 per hour
