Due to our busy pre-Christmas season, we require two Warehouse and Stock Assistants to join us ASAP on an ongoing basis. Working for a reputable and long-established company locally to Bordon, you will be assisting with the picking and packing of stock and items ready for dispatch to our customers. The role would suit candidates who are available ASAP and happy to commit to a temporary role on a week-to-week ongoing basis. You will be required to assist with the general picking, packing, and dispatch of goods, as well as some basic computer work to ensure our customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time. We can offer weekly pay, paid holiday accrual, and our working hours are Monday to Friday 9 AM - 5 PM with free parking on site. The role would suit candidates who have previous stores, stock, picking, and packing or similar experience, or you may simply be in between permanent jobs and seeking temporary work. We are also happy to consider gap year students too.
Working as the Warehouse & Stock Assistant, your duties will involve:
1. Picking Orders from a picking list
2. Packing Orders ready for dispatch
3. Updating the PC system
4. Labeling orders ready for dispatch
5. Assisting with deliveries in and out
To be successful for the Warehouse and Stock Assistant role, you must be reliable, hard-working, and happy to commit on an ongoing temporary basis. Previous experience is not required as training will be provided. Candidates from stores, retail, warehouse, dispatch, administration, and picking and packing backgrounds are encouraged to apply, as well as college or university leavers or those who are in between jobs looking to earn some extra money.
In return, we can offer an ASAP start, Monday to Friday 9 AM - 5 PM working hours, and weekly pay plus holiday accrual.
