This is a fantastic opportunity for a good administrator to join the small but busy finance team within the company. We are looking for a candidate with a great work ethic and a real ‘can do’ attitude. Someone enthusiastic, friendly and sociable would work really well.
General administration duties to include:-
* Filing
* Dealing with post
* Answering calls and emails from suppliers with queries and escalating to the appropriate team
* Assisting with month-end statement reconciliations
* Ensuring timely payment to suppliers
* Petty Cash processing and reconciliation
* Preparation of company credit card expenses, matching to receipts and ensuring transactions are posted to the correct contracts and nominal expense codes
* Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required, i.e. bank and other journals
