Green Sefton manages Sefton’s landscape including our beaches, coast, parks, nature reserves, and woodlands. We manage a wide range of recreational facilities in these places, including children’s playgrounds, outdoor sports pitches, and municipal golf courses.
This role sits within our small Administration Team, based in our main office at Ainsdale Discovery Centre, where you will undertake a range of administration tasks in support of the wider service.
The main duties of the admin team are to provide business support across the Green Sefton service, handling a range of data management resources to ensure effective communications with customers, staff, and colleagues.
You must have excellent interpersonal skills as this role involves liaising with customers and colleagues to resolve business queries and ensuring our administration systems and files are managed correctly.
Existing experience in an administration (office) setting, excellent literacy and numeracy skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. A drive to learn new I.T. systems used for administration and financial management is also required.
We are looking for a self-motivated applicant who is enthusiastic about engaging with people and handling customer queries, including face-to-face interactions.
