What you will do:
1. Provide exemplary care for up to 16 adult patients, including mobilising, meeting elimination needs, and performing crucial observations.
2. Be a key player in ensuring safe staffing levels within the temporary escalation space, using the Safer Nursing Care Tool.
3. Perform essential patient assessment tasks including 10-minute mobilising and meeting elimination needs, 3-minute fluid, nutrition, and personal care requirements, and 10-minute observations and visual assessments.
4. Undertake a variety of inpatient care duties such as supporting fluid and nutrition needs, monitoring vital signs, and conducting thorough patient assessments.
5. Collaborate with ambulance crews and hospital staff to deliver patient-focused care, ensuring quick and effective transitions from ambulance arrivals to hospital assessment areas.
