The Manchester Centre for AI Fundamentals is seeking Postdocs and Research Fellows to join our team specializing in probabilistic machine learning. Key areas of research include:

This research is funded by the UKRI Turing AI World-Leading Researcher Fellowship programme, focusing on “Steering AI in Experimental Design and Decision-Making”.
The team operates within the new Manchester Centre for AI Fundamentals, which is part of the ELLIS Unit Manchester and collaborates with the Alan Turing Institute. We also work with excellent teams in various fields, providing application opportunities in personalized medicine, synthetic biology, digital twins, and more.
Additionally, the university is hiring a Full Professor of Artificial Intelligence in Biology, Medicine and Health. We are also open to proposals for outstanding PhD candidates and Research Software Engineers.
