Duties for this role will include: Conduct regular assessments and participate in project related to enhancing systems and frameworks. Support risk control and assessment processes, performing risk assessments, root cause analysis, and identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities Develop strategies and tactics to mitigate identified risks and enhance the overall risk management framework Prepare, review and maintain company policies, documentation and reports ensuring regulatory compliance Oversee the implementation and development of compliance and risk training programs for employees Manage and maintain information and data related to risk, governance, and compliance, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security You will have: Previous experience in risk and compliance in a regulated environment, preferably in financial services sector or familiar with GDPR, AML, FCS, CIOT and HMRC regulations.
