If you are detail-oriented and committed to excellence, we want to hear from you As a Quality Assurance Officer at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the final release of aseptically manufactured products meets regulatory requirements and quality standards. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you'll be responsible for performing QA Final Release of aseptically compounded products, conducting physical checks, investigating non-conformances, and participating in the QA on-call services. Key Responsibilities: • Perform QA Final Release of aseptically compounded products, ensuring adherence to batch records, orders, prescriptions, and stability data. • Conduct physical checks of products to verify quality and identify discrepancies. • Investigate non-conformances, determine risks to product quality, and categorize incidents. • Participate in the QA on-call services on a rotational basis, ensuring prompt response to quality-related issues. • Support environmental monitoring programs, conduct QA documentation checks, and participate in the quality management system. • Foster a culture of quality and compliance within the organization. GMP Experience Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or related field preferred or experience or a Pharmacy Technician Qualification. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions related to product quality. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
