We are currently
looking for a passionate Sous Chef,
to join our Pastry Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate
start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star
service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in
the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we
strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where
we care about careers and not just jobs.
As a Sous Chef, your main duties and
expectations for the role will include:

To effectively control payroll costs i.e. actual
vs. budget, overtime and rates of pay.
·
Check all staff additions or replacements versus
budget and approve.
·
Ensure the quality and presentation of food is in
accordance with the dish specification at all times
·
Carry out all elements of the Performance
Management System in accordance with the Lancaster London Hotel standards.
·
To prepare menus and produce dishes which delight
our guests and stand us apart from our competitors.
You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their
duties and in any event not less than 40 hours.
