The Role
As the Inventory Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end inventory processes, ensuring stock accuracy, and optimising supply chain efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
1. Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels and minimise discrepancies.
2. Data Analysis: Use forecasting tools and inventory metrics to streamline operations.
3. Network Support: Supporting various branches within the network with standardising processes.
4. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a dedicated team of inventory professionals.
5. Process Improvement: Implement and refine systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Experience Required:
1. Proven experience in inventory management within a fast-paced environment.
2. A strong understanding of WMS systems.
3. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
4. Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Renumeration Package:
£45,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience).
