What your responsibilities look like:
* Sourcing and qualifying candidates and clients over the phone
* Developing and maintaining key relationships with candidates and clients
* Arranging interviews, managing the offer process, gaining leads and taking references
* Delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience
* Advertising job roles and requirements through the use of Social Media and the best technology to build your network
* Managing multiple job opportunities for your clients
