You will assist and support the M&G Service Department by administering UK & ROI customers in Marine and Military applications. What you will be doing: Receiving customer requests for Service / Warranty Work To raise C4S tickets and process through to completion Producing Service Quotations & Invoices. Issuing Goods and making Stock Transfers as required. Collating and checking engineer’s reports, timesheets and vehicle data for mileage / travel. Raising Purchase Orders as necessary Administer Value Care Agreements with key customers Assisting with preparing parts orders for delivery or collection by engineers Submitting warranty claims into the TOGA system ensuring that they are submitted within the deadlines Assist with training and onboarding new starters as necessary Who we are looking for: At Rolls-Royce we embrace agility, are bold, pursue collaboration and seek simplicity in everything we do. Personality / Job Skills - good attention to detail, well organised, capable of accurate data entry are all essential to the role. Must also have excellent verbal and written customer communication skills. The applicant may occasionally be required to travel to our factory in Germany for product training (1 week per year). Computer Skills - Computer literate with good keyboard skills. Proficient in MS Office, particularly XLS, Word and email. On the job training will be provided for SAP, MTU Business Portal & Warranty System. Literacy and Numeracy - Must be a competent writer of business letters and emails. The professional level and the salary of the position will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
