Key Responsibilities:

* Support and mentor internal sales teams to drive overall success.
Skills & Experience Required:
* 10+ years of sales experience in aggregates, muck away, or related construction materials.
* Strong knowledge of the construction industry and market trends.
* Highly organised with a confident and persuasive communication style.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
* A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving sales success.
* Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively.
* Full UK driving licence and own transport (desirable).
