Outpatient Network is currentlyseeking ENT Consultant Surgeons with to join ourweekday ENT Surgery Team.
Main duties of the job
1. Provide both medical and surgical treatment for conditions such as hearing loss, nasal disorders, sinus problems, sleep apnea, and head/neck cancers.
2. Perform surgical procedures, including but not limited to, septoplasty, tonsillectomies, ear tube placements, thyroidectomy, and head/neck tumor excisions.
3. Review patient medical history, interpret test results, and develop individualized treatment plans.
4. Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing clear explanations of diagnoses, treatment options, and surgical risks.
5. Monitor post-operative recovery and manage complications as needed.
6. Collaborate with other specialists, including audiologists, speech therapists, and oncologists, to deliver comprehensive care.
7. Stay updated on the latest medical practices, technologies, and research in the field of otolaryngology.
8. Ensure accurate medical documentation and maintain patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
