Forensic Experience Essential
Are you a highly motivated caring individual, looking for a vocation where every day is different and you can make a difference to people’s lives? We offer care packages for a diverse range of individuals with different care and support needs, which range from full support, forensic, and challenging behaviours, while being able to risk assess situations. There is also support helping with budgeting and shopping.
For the people we support, you would need to be very active to assist with social activities such as swimming, gym visits, and attending rugby games or concerts on occasions, which may include late evenings.
In our Leeds Outreach, you will be working within the community and within individuals' own homes and day centres, supporting with daily finances, meal preparation, and personal care. Every day is different, as each individual is unique, which is why a person-centred approach is essential.
The Role
Across all services, the individuals we support have autism, learning disabilities, and may display behaviours of concern. Therefore, you must have the ability to follow detailed support plans to ensure a consistent approach.

Working Hours
Real Life Options offers flexible employment opportunities. This role will include shift working, including evenings, sleepovers, nights, and weekends.
* Full-time hours: 8am - 10pm
* Part-time hours: 16 to 20 hours per week
* Sleepovers will include an allowance.
An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.
