About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Care Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Retail Banking customers, providing guidance and support with every interaction.
As part of our Customer Care team, you will work a shift pattern between 7am and 11pm, including some weekends. In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and handling client requests efficiently.
* Collaborating across multiple digital channels to personalize each interaction with a customer.
* Supporting the collaboration of internal stakeholders, including sales, operational, and risk management teams, to meet client needs and expectations.
* Complying with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to customer care.
