An opportunity has arisen to apply for a Clinical Lead post working as part of our multidisciplinary team in the seaside town of Whitby, North Yorkshire

Work alongside the locality matron and Complex Care Nurse to clinically lead the multi-disciplinary team in the achievement of clinical excellence, patient safety and regulatory assurance.
Main duties of the job
Some of the main duties include:
1. Provide clinical & professional leadership to the team.
2. Use advanced clinical skills to support and advise on service development and the delivery of evidence-based care in partnership with service users, carers, staff, managers, & other agencies
3. Support development of clinical competencies
4. Carry out clinical supervision
5. Carry out clinical audits
6. Lead on investigation and learning from clinical incidents
