About the Role MCS Group is excited to partner with a leading manufacturing company in recruiting an Account Manager. This role offers the opportunity to manage and expand key sales accounts across the UK, Europe, and beyond, contributing to the company's growth and success. In this role, you will: Manage a portfolio of export customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Accurately record and update information to keep systems current, ensuring timely order processing and delivery. Assist with monthly forecast planning, order processing, invoicing, and export documentation. Gather and analyse market and customer information to identify and meet customer needs. To excel in this role, you'll need: Two years of experience in customer account management. Experience exporting goods outside Europe, with a solid understanding of the necessary documentation. Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
