Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting the delivery of engaging lessons in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics
* Assisting with the development of students' analytical, problem-solving, and practical skills
* Working with individual students or small groups to provide targeted support
* Helping manage classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive, inclusive learning environment
* Collaborating with teachers to track student progress and deliver tailored support
* Preparing resources and materials for lessons, promoting creativity and engagement
Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:
* A 2:1 degree or higher in a STEM-related subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
* A passion for STEM and education, with a desire to inspire the next generation
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students
* Experience in teaching or working with young people is desirable but not essential
* Creative and proactive approach to lesson support
* An interest in pursuing a career in teaching or education
