Assisting with individual and group student learning. 3. Providing educational support and guidance to students. 4. Helping to create a positive learning environment. 5. Collaborating with school staff to meet educational goals. Required Qualifications: A degree in Education or relevant field. Experience working with children or young adults. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Experience: Previous experience working in a school setting preferred. Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of educational principles and practises. Ability to engage and motivate students. Organisational and time management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Teaching assistant certification. Additional training in special educational needs (SEN) support. Working Conditions: Work is primarily conducted in a school environment.
