Job Overview:
Call Handler required to join a busy but established team receiving inbound calls from tenants with housing maintenance requirements. The working hours are Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
1. Receive and manage inbound calls from tenants.
2. Identify maintenance issues and allocate them to the appropriate department.
3. Ensure efficient call handling to resolve tenant concerns.
Requirements:
1. Experience in a maintenance company or similar environment.
2. Ability to quickly assess and route calls based on repair type.
3. Own transport is necessary due to poor public transport access.
