Position Overview: Role: Territory Sales Manager (Ireland) Location: Republic or Northern Ireland Key Responsibilities: Identify and target new business opportunities in the Ireland region's Hardware/Industrial/ PPE/ Tooling sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Work with existing partners, resellers and distributors to help identify or close new opportunities. Train and educate customers on existing and new ranges. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients. Attend industry and partner trade events. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress to senior management. Qualifications: Proven track record in business development, preferably with manufacturing and construction. PPE, Oil/Gas or Public Sector channels. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Currently working with or for industry distributors/resellers. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel across both the Republic and Northern Ireland.
