Role Summary
We’re seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide remote support, troubleshooting, and occasional on-site setup and training. The role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills, solid IT knowledge, and a passion for customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle remote support queries for our robotic and software systems
* Diagnose technical issues using remote access tools and product knowledge
* Log and track issues using helpdesk systems
* Configure and test systems during deployments
* Deliver remote (and occasional onsite) user training
Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Solid knowledge of Windows, networking, and basic PC troubleshooting
* Organisational skills and ability to multitask
* Full UK driving licence
* (Preferred) Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or automated systems
