What’s involved?
1. Working on a shift basis including weekends.
2. Responsible for the front desk and team while on shift.
3. Report any issues or incidents to the Front Office Manager.
4. Duty manager shifts as and when required.
5. Checking room allocations, upgrades, special requests, meeting & greeting VIP’s, corporate and regular guests.
6. Liaising with all departments on a day to day basis.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality is essential with excellent people skills as well as a friendly manner. Must be able to work under pressure while remaining calm and confident.
2. Preferably 12 months experience as a Reception Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager.
3. Must have Opera PMS.
4. Immediately available with no prior commitments such as notice or holidays as we need someone who can commit for a minimum of 4 weeks.
5. Have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
