North Intensive Home Treatment Team are looking for a dynamic, approachable, and motivated individual to be their Team Manager on a 12-month fixed-term duration whilst the current Team Manager is on maternity leave. It's an exciting time ahead for the service, and as a clinical team manager, you will be a part of a wider transformation within DTVF Urgent Care Services.
The successful candidate will be key to maintaining service delivery and moving the service and team forward to meet the needs of the communities within the area.
The successful candidate will require good communication and leadership skills.
Alongside the exciting transformation work that is happening within urgent care services, the clinical team manager will be leading on staff development, KPIs, and operational management of staff within the service.

This role would be befitting for a candidate registered as a mental health nurse, occupational therapist, or social worker who has already worked within Mental Health Settings.

Essential
* Current professional registration with the appropriate body in healthcare or social work or relevant professional clinical qualification (e.g., PWP/CWP in IAPT/Getting Help services)
* Educated to Master's level in leadership or a subject area relevant to the area of practice OR have equivalent clinical experience to that of master's level such as working as a band 6 (or above) in a relevant clinical area with significant experience, which also includes significant experience of managing people, together with evidence of CPD.
* Trained in Clinical Supervision and Providing Clinical Supervision.
* Recognised Practice Assessor/Practice Supervisor.
Experience

* Significant experience of managing people.
* Significant experience of working with patients with complex needs in the specialist field.
* Significant experience working with patients who display risk behaviours.
