Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful and growing organisation as a Fraud Prevention Agent. Working in our ‘ScamScan’ team, you will be making outbound calls to help our members who are transferring their occupational pension schemes to a new provider. You will undertake a due diligence discussion with the member to ascertain and confirm the details and driving factors of the transfer request and highlight any potential areas of concern that could expose the member to a scam.
The successful candidate would have some knowledge of Personal Pensions.
The Role
* Review the information provided in the pre-transfer questionnaire.
* Update our internal systems and book the member in for their appointment.
* Hold an engaged discussion with the member to review their responses and where necessary probe further to ensure we have an accurate picture of their transfer objectives.
* Identify and examine areas of potential concern.
* Engage with scheme trustees.
* Work closely with the administration teams to assist them in proceeding the case in a smooth professional manner.

Qualifications
The Requirements
* Experience working in Personal Pensions.
* Keen to provide an exceptional service, with a positive and caller-focused attitude.
* Good communication skills.
* Natural problem solver, able to work to a high level of accuracy.
* Able to work well under pressure and meet solo/team targets.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
