The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team, and working closely with the Interior Design team to ensure client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing sales and sales staff, leading creative marketing campaigns, and drafting contracts. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in managing sales and sales staff, strong leadership and development skills, and a background in a creative industry.
