About the role Our Swadlincote site is seeking a highly organised and customer focused Customer Services Co-Ordinator, to handle the day-to-day customer enquiries, management of orders through the supply chain, working with and supporting internal and external teams to meet demanding service levels. Reporting to our Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for overseeing our customer service operations and ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience, you will liaise with other departments and suppliers to ensure stock availability and manage the customer expectations to meet their requirements, monitor inventory/stock and have a solid understanding of the associated forecast analysis. In addition, acknowledge all customer and internal complaints using our reporting system and to pro-actively find solutions to the challenging situations. To be successful in the position, you will need to be a highly motivated and ambitious individual who would enjoy working in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment and can build and maintain strong relationships with our customers. Proven track record of performing at a high level in a fast-paced customer service environment.
