The OPC and OPC Assessment are a highly successful team of Consultants and Occupational Psychologists. Our work is extremely varied in nature with particular focus on the rail industry, both within the UK and internationally.
Within The OPC we work on a wide range of consultancy and training projects, and manage and run large-scale recruitment processes on behalf of our clients. Within OPC Assessment we manage and develop a wide range of psychometric tests, as well as delivering TUO-A training.
Qualifications: For both positions, we are looking for someone with a Psychology Degree and a Masters in Occupational Psychology. Ideally, you would be qualified in psychometric test use and hold the BPS Qualification in Test User Occupational: Ability and be registered on the BPS’ Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU).
Junior Business Psychologist & Talent Assessor – The OPC

There will be the opportunity to be involved in a variety of consultancy projects/recruitment and selection processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer a wide range of psychometric tests, conduct interviews and provide feedback
* Complete necessary administrative tasks, including paperwork and data input
* Undertake 1:1 specialist developmental review for individuals who have experienced incidents in their role
* Deliver client training based on specific business and training requirements
Requirements:
* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work independently

We’re looking for a motivated and innovative Junior Business Psychologist and Talent Assessor to drive growth at OPC Assessment, both in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients
* Deliver TUO-A training to clients, ensuring they get the best use of our tools
* Support the expansion of our product offerings with creative input
* Contribute to the development of innovative psychometric tools and assessments
* Oversee client orders and manage the coordination of marketing and business development activities
* Administer a wide range of psychometric tests, conduct interviews and provide feedback
Requirements:
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
