An exciting new role for a compliance professional with a background in the Energy sector who is looking to progress their career and gain wider experience.
The role will support the Head of Legal and Compliance in handling compliance related queries from the business and managing the inbox, acting as the first point of engagement from stakeholders, assist in driving a strong compliance culture and building the compliance framework with a focus on UK Bribery Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Economic Crime etc. Responsibilities include:
1. Ensure ongoing implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures (including gifts and entertainment and conflict management).
2. Manage vendor onboarding.
3. Assist on projects and internal investigations.
4. Provide input to staff regulatory training.
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.
