About The Role:
A global innovative studio are seeking an Architect to join their sought-after team in London. You could be able to start this new role within 2 weeks!
The ideal candidate will have proven experience across RIBA Stages 2–5 specifically on residential projects. Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable, and a passion for delivering high-quality, design-led projects is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the development of design concepts and technical solutions across a variety of housing schemes
* Assist in the preparation of technical drawing packages with a strong eye for detail
* Work collaboratively within the project team to ensure design intent is delivered through all stages
* Liaise with external consultants, clients, and contractors under the guidance of a project architect
* Support the team in maintaining BIM/Revit standards across all project work
* Participate in design reviews and team meetings, and contribute to a positive studio environment
Key Skills/Requirements:
* Demonstrable proficiency in Revit is highly desirable; knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Suite is beneficial
* ARB Registered Architect or overseas equivalent
* Experience in housing projects either in UK or internationally
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Availability to start a new role within 2 weeks
